OUR PRODUCTION UNITS

We inspire people through traceable, high-quality coffees produced in the regions of Cerrado Mineiro and Chapada de Minas.

On ours farms, flowering occurs between September and October, marking the spring season. Harvesting takes place between May and June, ensuring optimal bean maturation.

SÃO JOÃO AND VITÓRIA FARMS

Location: Cerrado Mineiro Region

City: Patos de Minas/MG

Altitude: Above 1000m above sea level

Varieties: Yellow Bourbon, Red Bourbon, Catuaí 144, Yellow Catuaí 62, Catucaí Tozan, Guesha, IBC-12, Icatu 3282, IPR-103, IPR-107 and Paraíso MG2.   

VALE DO CRISTAL FARM

Location: Chapada de Minas Region

City: Diamantina/MG

Altitude: 1260m above sea level

Varieties: Aranãs, Catucaí Açú, Santa Rosa and Paraíso.

CERRADO MINEIRO

In Cerrado Mineiro, Arabica coffee cultivation occurs at altitudes above 1000 meters, under a climate with well-defined seasons: hot and humid summers, and mild, dry winters that favor uniform fruiting and high produtivity.

The region's natural conditions contribuite to the formation of coffees with their own indentity, marked by unique sensory characteristics. The fertile soils, rish in organic matter, well-aerated, and with excelletn drainage, provide an ideal environment for the healthy development of coffee plant roots.

This combination of altitude, climate and soil transforms Cerrado Mineiro into onde of the world's most valued origins, recognized for the consistency and quality of the it produces.
